Phillips Lytle Law Firm is looking to expand its Litigation Practice and is seeking an experienced attorney to join our team in Buffalo, New York. The ideal candidate for this role will have handling business litigation in state and federal court, with preference given to those with experience litigating disputes involving the Uniform Commercial Code.

### Job Responsibilities
* Handle commercial disputes in state, federal and arbitration forums
* Represent high-profile clients, including Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies
* Provide superior written and communication skills
* Maintain a strong academic record
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients
