Kanner & Pintaluga, a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team in Chicago, IL. Your primary responsibility as a Litigation Attorney will be to meet with clients, discuss their case, and show compassion and empathy while earning their trust, confidence, and respect. You will also update clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. Additionally, you should have the ability to prepare and try cases in court if necessary.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of litigation experience and be a member of the Illinois Bar in good standing. 1st chair trial experience is a plus, and you should have excellent negotiation skills and superb verbal and written communication skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well in a team are also essential.
