We are looking for a motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team to provide excellent legal services to our clients.

Estate Planning Attorney Responsibilities:

Draft legal documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for clients.
Review and analyze client's financial and personal information to determine appropriate legal strategies.
Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and explain legal options.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in estate planning laws and regulations.
Represent clients in court or before government agencies if necessary.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions.

Estate Planning Attorney Requirements:

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in estate planning law.
Strong understanding of estate planning laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Salary Information:

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, LTD, 401K, Aflac, and PTO.
