- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters in litigation
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Take and defend depositions throughout the course of litigation

Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of Personal Injury Law experience
- Strong background in Personal Injury Litigation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Juris Doctor degree and current good standing with CA State bar

Salary: $100,000-$130,000

The Matian Firm, APC in Dallas, TX is seeking an Associate Personal Injury Attorney to join our civil litigation firm. We specialize in plaintiff's side personal injury and school/government liability cases and offer a unique opportunity for growth and development in the legal industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of various types of personal injury matters in litigation
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients, including filing complaints
- Draft meet and confer letters to opposing counsel regarding discovery disputes
- Prepare clients for depositions and other applicable hearings
- Take and defend depositions throughout the course of litigation
- Prepare and respond to motions, including dispositive motions
- Attend court appearances
- Negotiate settlements for personal injury cases
- Direct and support investigation on all assigned litigation matters

Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of Personal Injury Law experience
- Strong background in Personal Injury Litigation, including pre-litigation case management and discovery
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
- Juris Doctor degree and current good standing with CA State bar is required.
- Workers Compensation experience is a plus

Salary: $100,000-$130,000
