Summary:

Law Firm is seeking a Practice Support Lawyer with experience in Public Companies, Corporate Governance and Capital Markets. Practice Support Lawyer Responsibilities:

- Manage and draft internal and external thought leadership content for Public Companies, Corporate Governance and Capital Markets
- Create, distribute, and manage model documents and forms
- Curate and organize content and knowledge resources for relevant practice areas
- Prepare and present training materials
- Support practice areas in organizing and overseeing activities
- Develop and maintain substantive content for marketing and business development efforts
- Create and maintain model documents and forms in alignment with practice areas' needs
- Ensure practice area content and resources are up-to-date and readily accessible
- Serve as a source of legal, market, and practical expertise
- Facilitate legal training programs for attorneys and paralegals
- Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in a law firm in Public Companies, Corporate Governance, and/or Capital Markets
- Juris Doctor degree
- Strong legal drafting, writing, and analysis skills
- Commitment to knowledge-sharing and efficiency in legal work
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated and strategic thinker

- Anticipated salary range: $190,000 - $267,250
- Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and location
- Discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance
