Position Overview:
As a Lateral White Collar Criminal Defense Associate, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to clients in white-collar criminal cases and government investigations. You will be joining a team of highly skilled and dedicated attorneys who are committed to providing top-notch legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle a variety of white-collar criminal cases and government investigations
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court hearings and trials
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure the best outcome for our clients
• Maintain communication with clients and provide updates on case progress
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations in the field of white-collar criminal defense

Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
• At least 1+ year of experience in white-collar criminal and government investigations in a law firm setting or as a prosecutor or public defender
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Admitted to the North Carolina Bar or eligible for admission
