Advice to law firm management:
Keep doing what you are doing, just remember it is a combined group effort to do the great work that is produced.
Pros:
I have an incredible group of coworkers. Awards received have confirmed this. We are a bright, trustworthy group that gets work completed effectively and efficiently.
Cons:
Starting off, I felt as though I really had to prove myself. New and support staff don't always receive the recognition or appreciate that they deserve. It's not a huge issue as this was greatly improved over time.
