Position Overview:

Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with more than 20 offices in 10 states, is seeking a Professional Liability Associate to join their team in New York. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $85,000 to $165,000 annually. The associate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of litigation matters, including professional liability and general litigation, as well as participate in a robust mentoring program to support their professional and business development.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must be admitted to practice in New York and have 1-3 years of litigation experience, including assisting with or conducting discovery, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, strategic thinking abilities, and experience in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as general liability, professional liability, and insurance defense. Dual admittance in Connecticut is highly desirable.
