Job Responsibilities: • Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda and correspondence for state and federal court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings. • Respond to complex discovery requests. • Communicate with opposing counsel and negotiate on behalf of clients. • Prepare for and conduct depositions and oral arguments. • Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit lists, evidentiary objections, motions in limine, and witness preparation. • Draft appellate briefs. Required Qualifications: • 2-5 years of trademark, copyright, and entertainment litigation and counseling experience. • Experience with drafting and responding to legal documents, conducting depositions, and working with experts. • Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills. Salary Information: • Anticipated annual salary range: $225,000 to $300,000 in Los Angeles, CA. • Additional contingent compensation may be available based on factors such as work performance, location, experience, education, and qualifications. Job Requirements: • Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience. • Must be licensed to practice law in California. • Trial experience is a plus. • Must have superb judgment and communication skills. • Must be committed to providing excellent client services.
