The Boston office of Berman Tabacco is seeking an associate with 3 to 6 years of experience in complex securities litigation and case evaluation to join our securities case evaluation team. Attorneys with diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Core Responsibilities include:

Assist with the investigation and development of securities class actions, derivative actions and individual securities litigation in federal and state courts across the country
Conduct detailed factual and legal analysis of potential and pending securities and derivative claims

Qualification and Experience Requirements and JD with 3-6 years’ experience in securities class action and/or derivative litigation Experience with Delaware Court of Chancery a plus Applicants should have exceptional research and writing skills, a strong academic background and a demonstrated interest in securities fraud litigation Solid time management, multitasking, initiative and communications skills are also essential to the position A background in economics or finance is helpful but not required
