The Boston office of Berman Tabacco is seeking an associate with 3 to 6 years of experience in complex securities litigation and case evaluation to join our securities case evaluation team. Attorneys with diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Assist with the investigation and development of securities class actions, derivative actions and individual securities litigation in federal and state courts across the country
Conduct detailed factual and legal analysis of potential and pending securities and derivative claims
