Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level support to attorneys in the Immigration practice
- Prepare and submit conflict checks and new client/matter intakes
- Draft correspondence and immigration related documents
- Organize case documentation and conduct research for immigration applications
- Maintain confidentiality and manage client and office files
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with attorney billing and reimbursements
- Perform other administrative and secretarial duties as assigned
