Polsinelli, a leading AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated litigation associate to join their Financial Services Litigation Practice Group in New York. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle litigation cases involving commercial real estate, construction defect claims, construction delay claims, construction payment claims, distressed loans and real estate, debt and security instruments, and creditor and lender liability.
- Take and defend depositions and demonstrate experience in the courtroom.
- Work closely with clients and provide effective legal solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues and foster a learning environment.

Qualifications:
- 6+ years of diverse litigation or clerking experience.
- High level of academic achievement.
- Admitted to the New York Bar; New Jersey Bar admission is a plus.
- Solid law firm experience or clerking experience.
- Excellent problem-solving, writing, and communication skills.

Salary and Benefits:
- Salary ranging between $245,000 - $365,000, depending on experience.
