Senior Associate Attorney for Litigation The ideal candidate must be intelligent, well organized, and possess strong multitasking skills, legal research and writing skills, and a keen attention to detail. This position requires at least 5 years of litigation and trial experience. Must be familiar with all aspects of litigation and trial practice ideally having experience on both jury and bench trials. Cohen Cleary, . has a growing, fast-paced, and diverse law practice. The firm concentrates on health care law, estate planning, probate and estate administration, discrimination law, employment law, personal injury, consumer protection, criminal law, family law, debt collection, and general civil litigation. The position requires a strong work ethic and strong written and oral advocacy skills. The firm is presently accepting applications for all areas of law. Applicants with significant experience in only certain specific areas of law as well as applicants with diverse legal experience are both strongly encouraged to apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, court pleadings and processes, and other related matters. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
