Law Firm Seeks Corporate Associate in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh

Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC, a top national law firm, is searching for a talented and driven Corporate Associate to join our team in either our Philadelphia or Pittsburgh office. This is a great opportunity for someone with 5-7 years of experience in general corporate and business transactions, particularly in the areas of mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

- Manage and handle various corporate and business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases, divestitures, and financings
- Strong background and experience in general corporate and business transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and enthusiastic work attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (or eligible for admission) and in good standing
