Essential Functions: - Preparation of all contracts - Prepare program overviews and oversee responses to requests for proposals and invitations to bid - Draft and negotiate new contracts, amendments, and letters of understanding with clients - Review and negotiate vendor contracts - Review corporate documentation - Oversee outside counsel handling potential and pending litigation - Any and all other duties as assigned. Work Environment: This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 . to 5 . Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Travel: This position occasionally requires travel.
