Duties:
- Manage and oversee complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate formations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, contracts, and agreements in both English and Spanish.
- Provide strategic legal advice and counsel on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters pertaining to international business operations.
- Conduct thorough due diligence reviews and risk assessments for clients engaged in cross-border transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties to achieve favorable outcomes.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active State Bar membership in Arizona, or eligibility to obtain admission within one year of hire.
