The associate will work directly with the attorneys in the firm’s growing Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors Rights’ practice. They will also have the opportunity to work on related matters with the support of the firm’s other practice groups.

- Ideal candidates will have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Very strong academic records with excellent writing and analytical skills.
- A judicial clerkship is helpful.
- Bar membership in one or more of Delaware, New Jersey or New York is mandatory.
