Fragomen, a leading global immigration law firm, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Legal Counsel to join their team in the US-Dallas, US-Chicago, or US-Phoenix locations. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) retirement plan.

As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will be heavily involved in providing legal counsel and assistance to the firm's . offices, as well as working on international projects with colleagues in other regions. H2: Responsibilities of a Senior Legal Counsel at Fragomen

- Providing legal counsel and assistance to the firm's . offices
- Working with OGC colleagues in EMEA, LatAm, and APAC on international projects
- Assisting with the development and strategies for the firm's global expansion initiatives
- Leading international commercial contract matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and leases
- Managing complex MSAs, RFPs, and NDAs for corporate transactional matters
- Responding to client compliance requests
- Conducting third party due diligence for vendors and responding to inquiries from vendors and Fragomen client teams
- Attending to key governance functions
- Working on ad hoc projects, including future office openings

H2: Qualifications for the Senior Legal Counsel Role

- JD required and active US bar license required
- Dual qualified in an additional EU location ideal (not required)
- 4-8 years of experience with high volume international commercial contracts and transactional M&A work
- Experience practicing at a large or mid-sized law firm, preferably one with a substantial global practice
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to balance strategic and tactical issues
- Familiarity with laws and regulations relevant to client onboarding
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality work product
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt style and format while maintaining substance for different audiences
- Willingness to travel to other offices as needed
