Duties: Manage and resolve property valuation appeal cases on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, settling claims, and advocating for clients in hearings. Provide Legal Support. Review property valuations to identify property tax savings opportunities using the various, Income, Sales and Cost approach analyses. Manage the appeal processes for assigned clients. Perform various analyses for clients such as tax projections, annual budgets, communicate appeal status, and review/discuss client needs. Present and negotiate appeals with various assessing jurisdictions. Communicate and present the firm's services to potential clients. Review and approve invoices.

Qualification and Experience Requirements: JD Degree. Admission to State Bar. Excellent presentation and communications skills. Minimum Cumulative Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
