Goodwin Antitrust Junior/Mid-Level/Senior Associate

Goodwin is seeking a highly qualified attorney to join their Antitrust practice. The ideal candidate must have experience in analyzing transactions for competition issues and merger control filing requirements, especially with the Hart-Scott-Rodino (“HSR”) Act and implementing Rules, including HSR experience with substantive analysis, procedural issues, and filing logistics. Antitrust experience in advocacy before the DOJ and FTC, and in technology, life sciences, and private equity transactions, are a plus.

Candidates applying for attorney positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is required.
