With high-profile litigation accelerating across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer products, toxic exposures, and environmental harms, mass tort teams are expanding rapidly to handle growing national dockets.
If you have experience in large-scale or complex plaintiff litigation, including:
Product liability and medical device cases
Pharmaceutical and toxic tort matters
Consumer fraud or class action litigation
MDL coordination and mass tort strategy
Expert preparation, depositions, and discovery planning
Motion practice, hearings, and trial support
High-volume client intake and case management

Represent plaintiffs in large-scale product liability, pharmaceutical, toxic tort, and consumer safety cases.
Participate in MDL proceedings, coordinated actions, and national litigation teams.
Manage discovery, take and defend depositions, and work closely with expert witnesses.
Conduct legal research, draft motions, and support hearings and trial preparation.
Handle client intake, communication, and coordination in high-volume environments.
Assist in developing case strategy for bellwether trials and recurring litigation themes.
1–10+ years of mass tort, product liability, or complex plaintiff litigation experience.
Strong motion-practice, research, and written advocacy skills.
Ability to evaluate scientific, medical, or technical evidence.
Experience with MDLs or consolidated litigation is a strong advantage.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in at least one . jurisdiction.
Strong litigation, strategic thinking, and persuasive writing abilities.
Ability to handle large dockets and fast-paced deadlines.
Skilled at working with experts and analyzing complex evidence.
Organized, detail-focused, and responsive to client needs.
Collaborative and effective on large, coordinated litigation teams.
