With wage-and-hour actions, employee-rights enforcement, and plaintiff-side class litigation accelerating nationwide, firms are expanding rapidly and need attorneys who can advocate for workers in high-impact matters.

If you have experience in plaintiff-side employment litigation, including:

  • Wage-and-hour class actions (including PAGA, where applicable)

  • Discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims

  • Wrongful termination and whistleblower actions

  • FLSA and state-law wage litigation

  • EEOC, DFEH/CRD, and agency advocacy

  • Collective actions and mass arbitrations

  • Settlement negotiation and mediation

Duties

  • Represent employees in individual and class-wide wage-and-hour, discrimination, and retaliation cases.

  • Handle class certification issues, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.

  • Manage FLSA collective actions, PAGA claims, and state-law wage class actions.

  • Advocate before administrative agencies, including EEOC and state civil rights departments.

  • Conduct client interviews, gather evidence, and coordinate with experts when needed.

  • Participate in negotiations, mediations, and trial preparation.

Requirements

  • 1–10+ years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience.

  • Background in class actions, wage-and-hour laws, or discrimination matters preferred.

  • Strong writing, legal research, and advocacy skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and high-volume dockets.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

  • Admission to the bar in at least one . jurisdiction.
