With wage-and-hour actions, employee-rights enforcement, and plaintiff-side class litigation accelerating nationwide, firms are expanding rapidly and need attorneys who can advocate for workers in high-impact matters.If you have experience in plaintiff-side employment litigation, including:Wage-and-hour class actions (including PAGA, where applicable)Discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claimsWrongful termination and whistleblower actionsFLSA and state-law wage litigationEEOC, DFEH/CRD, and agency advocacyCollective actions and mass arbitrationsSettlement negotiation and mediation…we want to speak with you.DutiesRepresent employees in individual and class-wide wage-and-hour, discrimination, and retaliation cases.Handle class certification issues, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.Manage FLSA collective actions, PAGA claims, and state-law wage class actions.Advocate before administrative agencies, including EEOC and state civil rights departments.Conduct client interviews, gather evidence, and coordinate with experts when needed.Participate in negotiations, mediations, and trial preparation.Requirements1–10+ years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience.Background in class actions, wage-and-hour laws, or discrimination matters preferred.Strong writing, legal research, and advocacy skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and high-volume dockets.Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Admission to the bar in at least one . jurisdiction.SkillsStrong litigation and analytical skills.Clear, empathetic communication with clients.Ability to manage class-action procedural demands and deadlines.Effective negotiation and mediation skills.Organized, responsive, and collaborative approach.Submit or update your resume today, and we will match you with the firms most likely to want your background.
