Law Firm Seeks Associate Attorney with Strong Litigation Skills

O’Hagan Meyer, LLP, a civil litigation defense law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our team in Fresno, CA. We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement within the firm.

Responsibilities:

- Litigate on behalf of California Employers in labor and employment cases
- Work closely with an established team of litigators
- Provide excellent legal work and service to clients
- Conduct legal research and writing
- Participate in preventative counseling for clients
- Meet the annual billing requirement of 1,900 hours

Qualifications:

- Admitted to the California Bar
- 1-7 years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent legal research and writing abilities
- Client-first approach to handling cases
- General civil litigation experience required, labor and employment experience preferred
- Spanish language fluency or experience in agriculture, transportation/logistics, manufacturing, or the service industry a plus
