## Position Overview
Wilson Elser's Los Angeles office is currently seeking an General Liability Litigator. The successful candidate must possess a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in the State of California, have 8+ years of litigation defense experience, experience with general liability and products liability defense, and federal court practice is a plus. The successful candidate must also have strong knowledge of rules of evidence and procedure, excellent written and analytical skills, and a strong attention to detail.

## Responsibilities
The General Liability Litigator is responsible for the following:

- Assist with discovery requests and responses
- Draft pretrial motions
- Efficiently conduct legal research
- Assist in preparation of cases for trial

## Salary
The annualized salary range for this position is $155,000 to $160,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
