Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and negotiate complex construction agreements. - Review bid documents and advise on material terms and conditions. - Work with business development, procurement, and project teams to align contracts with company's philosophy and risk tolerance. - Collaborate with subject matter experts to conduct comprehensive contract reviews. - Train diverse audiences on construction law and contract interpretation. - Manage disputes, claims, and project-level risks. - Stay updated on emerging industry laws. - Undertake special projects as assigned.
