Law Firm Seeking Experienced Construction Associate Attorney

Location: Bethesda or Tysons Corner Office

Salary: Based on experience

Job Title: Construction Litigator

Experience: 3+ years of civil litigation experience

Offit Kurman, a prominent law firm in the DC-Metro area, is currently seeking an experienced Construction Litigator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and commercial litigation, and will be responsible for handling sophisticated matters within these areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious attorney to join a dynamic team and work on high-profile cases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting depositions and going to court
- Preparing witnesses for trial
- Drafting pleadings, briefs, and motions
- Participating in trials

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of civil litigation experience
- Admitted to practice law in MD or VA (admission in both is a plus)
- Federal Government Contracts experience is a plus
