Responsibilities/Duties:

1. Identifying eligible immigration relief for clients
2. Strategizing and advocating for clients with challenging immigration questions
3. Preparing clients for and attending interviews with USCIS
4. Providing leadership and support to paralegal team and other non-lawyer staff
5. Enforcing ethical obligations for non-lawyer team members
6. Answering legal questions from support teams
7. Reviewing and editing USCIS applications and supporting materials
8. Staying informed about changes in immigration laws and regulations
9. Providing strategic insight on case processing and improving legal processes

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bilingual in English and Spanish
