Job Title: Senior Paralegal, Global IP – Content & Brands

The Opportunity:

Responsibilities:

- Conduct and review trademark clearance searches globally and advise on availability
- Assist with trademark prosecution, copyright registration, and design protection worldwide
- Draft, amend, terminate, and manage a wide variety of intercompany agreements relevant to IP
- Support management and improvements of databases, inventory, templates, and protocols related to IP
- Coordinate signature of intercompany agreements, licenses, and other documentation
- Manage IP databases
- Other duties as assigned in support of the IP team

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal or equivalent experience at a law firm or in-house legal team
- Undergraduate degree
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow
- Leadership skills and ability to inspire and collaborate with team members
- Positive attitude and sense of humor
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software as needed

Salary Information:

- Hourly salary range: - per hour
- Annual base salary will be determined based on work location, skill, and experience
