Taft Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced eDiscovery Attorney to join our team in supporting our eDiscovery & Litigation Services group. With over 875 attorneys and a strong commitment to client success, Taft is a leading full-service law firm in the Midwest.

General Responsibilities:

- Promote Taft Discovery’s resources and capabilities to attorneys and staff through training and relationship building.
- Provide recommendations to case teams and clients on discovery process improvements and advanced technologies.
- Advise on document preservation and collection obligations and strategies.
- Conduct document collection scoping interviews with clients and interface with vendors and client IT departments.
- Develop and advise on strategies for culling collected data for review.
- Train and supervise contract attorney review teams.
- Advise on document production options and QC productions.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to eDiscovery.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctorate degree required.
- 3-5 years of experience as a dedicated eDiscovery Attorney.
- Knowledge of eDiscovery Best Practices and industry trends.
- Proficiency with RelativityOne.
- Ability to manage multiple, high-priority, complex matters simultaneously.
