Key Responsibilities: • Handling all aspects of IP Litigation, including briefing and motions practice, preparing for or taking depositions, working with experts, USPTO office proceedings, trademark searches, surveys, etc. • Demonstrating expertise in trademark/anti-counterfeiting matters is a plus. • Providing superior client service and building strong relationships with clients. • Meeting deadlines and managing multiple cases simultaneously. • Developing and investing in your career and the Firm.
