# Business Attorney

Meyer Law is seeking an experienced attorney to join its growing practice. ## Job Duties

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with corporate, contracts, and/or employment matters. The attorney will be responsible for the following duties:

* Counseling clients with respect to corporate structure and draft related documentation such as shareholder agreements, operating agreements, and other corporate-related documentation.
* Drafting technology agreements such as Terms of Use, SaaS Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Subscription Agreements, and provide related guidance.
* Drafting hiring agreements, such as Offer Letters, Employment Agreements, Contractor Agreements, Employee Handbooks, and other policies.
* Assisting clients with legal strategy.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
* Providing exceptional customer service.

## Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this position will:

* Have experience advising clients on corporate matters, such as governance and structure.
* Have experience drafting corporate-related documents.
* Have experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts.
* Have experience drafting employment-related documentation and advising companies on employment-related matters.
* Have a proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Have a proven ability to handle complex matters, with multiple initiatives going on simultaneously.
* Be entrepreneurial, business minded, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
* Be detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and have strong communication skills.
* Be a self-starter and love the freedom to work independently and remotely, but have the self-discipline to stay focused on the greater goals of the law firm.
* Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop lasting business relationships.
* Consistently drive for excellence and push his/her own limits.
* Have a book of business, or proven track record of building a book of business.
