# Complex Litigation - Mid-Level Associate

Goodwin Law Firm seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate to join its Litigation Department in San Francisco or Silicon Valley. The ideal candidate must have experience in commercial litigation, as well as experience handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings, and managing document review. In court experience is preferred but not required.

- Outstanding academic credentials
- Comparable law firm experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- California bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
