The candidate will conduct legal research, draft legal memo, briefs, motions, and petition and court documents on general litigation and appeal matters and immigration law, assist in discovery of evidence and in review of evidence as well as prepare contracts and transactional documents for real estate, business and investment matters under the supervision of a licensed attorney. File proper documents with government agency and courts for the attorney. Conduct interview with client and nonparties in collecting information and documents and evidences. Correspond with adversaries. Case file management and follow up with procedures. Communicate with clients and courts on administrative or JD degree, and 2 years of experience as a law clerk in a law office required.
