Foley & Lardner Law Firm is currently seeking a mid-level associate with 2-4 years of business litigation experience to join our Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group in our Los Angeles office. We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic lawyer who has a strong background in complex business litigation in state and federal courts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage written and document discovery
- Research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Prepare witnesses for testimony
- Appear for status conferences
- Argue motions in both state and federal court
- Participate in settlement conferences and negotiations
- Experience with trial preparation preferred

Qualifications:
- . from an ABA-approved law school
- Active member of the California Bar in good standing
- 2-4 years of business litigation experience
- Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a busy, collegial environment
- AmLaw 100 experience preferred

Salary:
- Expected salary range of $240,000 - $310,000 annually
- Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law
