Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney/Senior Counsel to join our team in either San Francisco, Los Angeles or Irvine, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and proactive attorney to work on complex insurance coverage litigation matters and take on a leadership role within our firm.

Responsibilities

- Develop litigation strategy for insurance coverage disputes and class actions
- Conduct complex legal research and analysis
- Draft memoranda and coverage analyses
- Review and draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and interrogatories
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend court hearings and mediations
- Manage and supervise associates and paralegals
- Interact with clients

Qualifications

-
- 10+ years of insurance coverage litigation experience, particularly with commercial general liability policies
- State and federal court experience
- Excellent academic credentials
- Solid work history

- Ability to handle sensitive matters and time-sensitive projects
