Responsibilities:

- Administer trusts and estates from start to finish
- Communicate regularly and effectively with clients, beneficiaries, and adversaries
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and identify opportunities for additional legal services
- Identify and resolve problems
- Draft various estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Manage estate and trust administrations, including tax matters
- Conduct legal research on complex issues related to probate and estate planning
- Present motions and appear in Orphans Court as needed
- Collaborate with other attorneys to provide coordinated legal services

Candidate Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in estate planning or estate administration
- Juris Doctorate degree
- Must be licensed in Florida
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word
- Strong legal research and technical writing skills
- Excellent academic and employment credentials
- Clear communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Well-organized with a proven track record of performance
