The position is available in three locations - Tampa, Miami, or West Palm Beach, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with one to two years of bankruptcy experience or who has clerked for a bankruptcy judge. The firm is looking for an individual with exceptional academic credentials, strong writing skills, and admission (or pending admission) to The Florida Bar. The ideal candidate should also possess commercial litigation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team. The firm values grit, drive, and client service, making this a great fit for motivated and ambitious individuals.
