Seeking an Real Estate Attorney with 5+ years of high-level real estate experience. Candidate will be involved in representation of owners of commercial real estate in connection with development, purchase, sale and financing of office and medical office buildings, biotech lab buildings and market rate and affordable apartment properties, as well as lenders in commercial loan transactions and landlords and tenants in connection with commercial leases. Will be involved in the negotiation of joint venture agreements and the preparation of equity syndication documents. Should have the ability to coordinate and supervise complex real estate transactions, possess excellent academic credentials and have strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.
