Los Angeles office of our client seeks associate attorney with 2+ years of experience in family law. The candidate must possess a full understanding of Family Law, including Dissolution of Marriage, child custody issues, child and/or spousal support issues. Must possess the ability, experience and knowledge to confidently attend/handle court appearances on their own; have complex legal research experience; demonstrate investigative skills; an excellent and effective writing ability; have the ability to effectively propound and respond to discovery; have the ability to attend and take depositions; and, must possess the knowledge and experience to prepare forms and draft pleadings.
