To excel in this role, you must have a valid California State Bar license and at least 5 years of experience in Employment Class Action. Superior analytical and legal research skills are a must, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills (both verbal and written) are also essential. You must also be adaptable and have meticulous attention to detail.
