Summary:

Pall Corporation, a global leader in high-tech filtration, separation, and purification solutions, is seeking a Vice President & General Counsel to provide global leadership for the legal and compliance function. This role will be responsible for all traditional legal areas, as well as anti-bribery and corruption compliance, intellectual property, data privacy, and trade compliance. The General Counsel will advise senior leadership on a wide range of legal, regulatory, compliance, and business matters, and will report to the General Counsel of the Life Sciences Platform. This role will also be part of a team of GCs within the Life Sciences Platform and across other platforms and Corporate, building collaborative relationships to leverage best practices and avoid waste. The ideal candidate will have a law degree from a . accredited law school and 12-15 years of experience in top tier law firms and in-house roles in regulated industries. This role also requires people management experience and responsibility for regions outside of the . The salary range for this role is $223,000 - $300,000, with the potential for bonus and incentive pay. Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement legal strategy on high risk and/or high value matters, as well as routine legal operations
- Act as a trusted business partner to executives, providing expert advice on go-to-market practices to drive growth and mitigate risk
- Manage a budget, including forecast accuracy and judicious use of outside counsel and other third-party resources
- Lead compliance program, including risk assessment and appropriate countermeasures, training and communications, and efforts to strengthen the company's compliance culture
- Assess risk related to mergers and acquisitions strategy from due diligence to post-close integration
- Formulate an appropriate IP strategy to maximize competitive advantage
