# Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney

Clyde & Co is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney to join their Morristown office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is able to work within a busy and fast-paced team environment and looking to grow.

## Responsibilities

- Analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and provide coverage advice to clients.
- Conduct rigorous legal research, analyze findings, and draft memoranda.
- Prepare and review pleadings, memos, briefs, discovery, motions with supporting briefs, and other legal correspondence.
- Engage in formal correspondence with opposing counsel and other parties.
- Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required.

## Requirements

- 4-8 years of experience in complex insurance coverage litigation matters; OR complex commercial litigation experience
- Admitted to practice in New Jersey, additional admissions are a plus
- Possesses excellent academic credentials
- Exceptional legal writing and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly
