- Collaborate with neighborhood organizations and tenant/community organizers to preserve and expand affordable housing for lower income residents

- Combat systemic housing discrimination and provide legal services to improve living conditions
- Conduct Know Your-Rights housing workshops and educational efforts

- Computer proficiency for case tracking and reporting

- Fluency in Spanish, Bengali, Korean, or Mandarin
- Demonstrated ability to publish articles advocating for clients
