Salary and Job Title Information:

- Business Transactional Attorney (Securities)
- Salary Range: $215, to $250, Annually

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

- Assist clients with raising capital and ensuring compliance with securities laws
- Make recommendations on company structures and investment vehicles
- Analyze potential investment opportunities and related documents
- Form and maintain business entities
- Collaborate with tax, trust, and estate attorneys
- . from an accredited law school and member of the California Bar
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business transactional and securities law
- Strong drafting skills and highly team-oriented
