Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting discovery and preparing claim objections in bankruptcy cases
• Assisting with complex Chapter 11 plan and asset sale litigation
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents

Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of experience in general bankruptcy litigation
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Admission to the California bar
• Experience in complex Chapter 11 plan and asset sale litigation preferred
• Strong academic background

Compensation:
• Annual pay range of $200,000-285,000 for Los Angeles location
• Compensation for positions outside of California will vary depending on market factors and relevant experience
• Total compensation package may include discretionary bonuses and firm-sponsored benefit programs
