Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in intellectual property litigation matters, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret disputes, in state and federal courts
• Conduct legal research and analysis, draft pleadings and motions, and prepare discovery requests and responses
• Manage litigation cases from inception to trial, including preparing and attending depositions, hearings, and trials
• Collaborate with internal and external teams and counsel to develop and implement litigation strategies
• Communicate with clients and provide regular updates on case progress and developments
• Conduct legal and factual analysis and provide recommendations to clients and colleagues
• Stay current on industry trends and developments in intellectual property law
• Mentor and supervise junior associates and paralegals

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active and in good standing with the State Bar
• 2 - 5+ years of relevant litigation experience, preferably in intellectual property law
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong legal writing and research skills
• Willingness to travel for court appearances
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills
• Commitment to teamwork and client service
