is seeking a defense litigation associate to work in its Palm Beach Gardens office. The candidate should have 2-4 years of insurance defense experience, including conducting depositions and attending court appearances. Job responsibilities include independent case management, conducting depositions and discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, research and analysis, client reporting, time entry, and appearances at case management conferences, mediations and pre-trial settlement conferences.

The successful candidate must be a well-organized self-starter and able to manage tasks and deadlines independently, while keeping key stakeholders informed of case status. Traub Lieberman provides a collaborative team environment and institutes an active training program to foster professional growth. The fellow attorneys in the office, including partners, have an open door policy and gladly answer questions to support the success of team members. As a member of our team, the attorney will have the benefit of gaining hands-on experience and working closely with partners invested in their professional development and growth.

Qualification and Experience REQUIREMENTS: 2-4 years of insurance defense litigation experience JD from an accredited university Strong communication, writing, and research skills Admitted in the State of Florida Additional consideration will be given to candidates with experience in professional negligence, medical malpractice, and/or construction litigation.
