## Healthcare Attorney Position at Law Firm

Law Firm is looking for an experienced healthcare attorney to join its Health Care Group. The successful candidate will have five to twelve years of experience heavily concentrated in health care law, preferably with some in-house experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a team of attorneys who have extensive industry knowledge and experience and who are focused on the healthcare sector.

**Qualifications:**

- Law firm experience is a prerequisite; some in-house experience is a plus
- Excellent academic credentials
- Effective communication skills
- Research and writing skills
- Commitment to providing quality service to clients
- Keen attention to detail
- Understanding of federal and state fraud and abuse and self-referral laws and other specialized healthcare issues
- Strong organizational skills with proven delegation and follow-through ability
- Preferably licensed in Texas
