As an Immigration Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including Es, Ls, EB-1a, EB-1c, PERMs, EB-2 NIWs, O-1s, and H-1Bs, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities

As an Immigration Attorney at our firm, you will be responsible for:
- Handling a broad spectrum of family and business-based immigration matters.
- Providing legal advice and counsel to clients on immigration-related issues.
- Preparing and filing immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents.
- Conducting legal research and staying current on immigration laws and regulations.
- Representing clients in immigration court and at USCIS interviews.
- Managing a high-volume caseload and meeting tight deadlines.
- Collaborating with team members and providing guidance to paralegals.
