Job Title: Lateral Associate - Tax (LA)

Salary Range: $260,000-$390,000 annual compensation

As a Lateral Associate in Tax, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile and complex transactions, while utilizing your technical understanding of tax law and research abilities. We are looking for candidates with experience in strategic and private equity M&A transactions, capital markets, investment fund formation, and real estate matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and analysis related to tax law
- Assisting with strategic and private equity M&A transactions
- Participating in the formation of investment funds
- Advising on real estate matters, including REITs
- Collaborating with clients and colleagues to develop creative solutions to complex problems

Qualifications:
- Law school class years 2018-2021
- Strong understanding of tax law and research abilities
- Experience with strategic and private equity M&A transactions, capital markets, investment fund formation, and/or real estate matters
- Excellent writing, oral communication, and analytical skills
- Top academic credentials
